Shepard Inc. is founded by a handful of college graduates whom bring a lifetime of experience into the realms of EVE. Our foundation ethos revolves around four main attitudes that must be present in order to reach our collective goals:

-Seek knowledge: We must be in the constant pursuit of knowledge to reach our full potential.

-Have purpose: Anything in life worth doing is worth over doing. Make sure you are purposeful in everything you do, you should not wander aimlessly with no direction.

-Earn everything: Nothing in life is free, success is leased not owned and rent is due every day.

-Perfect yourself: Perfection is close to impossible, but perfecting who you are as a person and becoming the greatest version of yourself will allow yourself to achieve what you truly want to accomplish.
